  • When will I receive my order?

    We will ship you order out the following business day. Standard shipping for an order in the US can take up to 5 - 10 business days. International orders can take up to 3 - 5 weeks to arrive depending on customs and final destination.

  • How will my shirts be shipped?

    Inkefx will ship your shirt(s) USPS, in our custom black poly mailers, branded with the inkefx logo. We use poly mailers so that your shipping cost can stay as low as possible but still maintain a nice custom look and feel that is consistent with our brand.

  • How will my prints be shipped?

    Inkefx will ship your prints in 3"x20" kraft tubes. Each print will be individually wrapped in a plastic sleeve to help protect while shipping.

  • What about shipping internationally?

    We want to make sure that our products are available to everyone worldwide. Therefor we ship to almost every country around the world. Please understand that orders shipped outside of the US are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    We try to keep costs down as much as possible for our customers. For packages shipped in the US, we normally charge $3.50 for your first item and $1.00 for every additional item shipped. International shipping costs vary. We recommend that you select your country during checkout and click to update your cart for a more accurate estimate of shipping costs.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We try to cover the board and accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or direct payments through PayPal. Some sales happen face to face in which case we accept cash or we use our trusty Square card reader that securely accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • What is your return policy?

    Customer service is a top priority for us. We want to make sure everyone has a great experience with our brand. Within 10 days of delivery, if you are unhappy with an unworn / unwashed item, you may return it for a refund (minus shipping cost). If you receive a defective shirt, you may exchange it for a new one, we will ship it to you at no additional charge.

  • Is your store secure?

    Yes! Our site does not store any of your personal information, in fact the only time you are required to input any of your personal / payment information is on PayPal's website. PayPal handles all of our transactions. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we do not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

  • Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your store?

    Of course not. We understand that not everyone has a PayPal account. PayPal allows individuals to use their service without being a member. Please make sure to provide proper shipping information since we use PayPal to help organize our shipments.

  • What kind of shirts do you print on?

    Out of all the shirts that we have researched, we feel that the American Apparel brand shirts best represent the type of quality we want to demonstrate in our brand. All of our shirts will be printed on either American Apparel Tri-Blend (TR401), American Apparel Poly Cotton (BB401), American Apparel Fine Jersey Cotton (2001) or similar materials.

  • How do inkefx shirts fit?

    The fit of our shirts will depend on the type of material that is used. Most of our shirts are slim fit which means they hug your body a little better than your old school gym shirt. You will find a link to a sizing chart on each product page. If you have any further quesitons, please feel free to send us a message.

  • How should I wash and dry my shirts?

    Keeping your shirts feeling and fitting like new can be challenging. We have all experienced having a shirt that we just bought shrink two sizes too small, bummer! We recommend that you wash your shirts on cold and either tumble dry on low or hang dry to avoid any shrinking of the tee.

  • What kind of paper do you print on?

    We get our paper from French Paper Company and print on 100# cover stock unless otherwise noted.

  • Tell me about the printing.

    Each one of our prints are done by hand. This means that some of our prints will have some small imperfections, giving each print its own unique feel. Even though each print is unique we will not sell prints that are missing large chunks of ink. We will only sell prints that we would be proud to hang in our homes or office.

  • Who designs your shirts, your website and who does your photography?

    I design all of my shirts, unless other wise noted. I also designed the website and coded the custom theme on BigCartel, I am a web designer by day so that part came natural. A good friend of mine, Clint Faile, does my photography. Definitely check him out, he does great work!

  • How do you pronounce Inkefx?

    I get this quesiton all the time. I hear people mispronounce and misspell Inkefx everyday almost. It is pronounced as ink [ingk] effects [ih-fekts].
